The classic Andy Williams song sums it up pretty well, it simply is the “most wonderful time of the year.” From the electric feeling we experience when the holiday decorations go up, to the rush we get when orders spike overnight and you instantly know the holidays have arrived.
In this month’s update, I’m going to pass on telling you what we’ve been up to. Let’s just say we’ve been busy doing holiday prep of our own making sure we’re ready, willing and available to assist you, should the need arise, during the busy weeks that lie ahead.
Instead, I’m taking the opportunity to embrace what Thanksgiving is all about… giving thanks.
First off, all of us here at Your Store Wizards are thankful for YOU… our clients. Without the support and trust you’ve placed in us over the past couple of decades, the company we have today would not be possible.
Our clients are our family, and I would be remiss if I didn’t take a pause on this Thanksgiving Eve to express our heartfelt gratitude.
Like family, we’re always here for you! While our office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday, we will be available for emergency support through our regular support channels. Additionally, we will be monitoring both our own software applications as well as the platforms we develop on for any downtime.
Rest assured, the infrastructure our products and applications run on are more than ready to take on the extra demand this holiday season will bring. Should any unforeseen issues crop up, our team will work feverishly to keep any downtime to a minimum.
Our holiday hours are:
Thursday, November 28, 2019 – Closed, emergency support available.
Friday, November 29, 2019 – Closed, emergency support available.
Tuesday, December 24, 2019 – Non-emergency and after-hours emergency support available.
Wednesday, December 25, 2019 – Closed, emergency support available.
Tuesday, December 31, 2019 – Non-emergency and after-hours emergency support available.
Wednesday, January 1, 2020 – Closed, emergency support available.
My next update will come in January, and I’m expecting to have some big announcements to make concerning everything we’ve been up to during October, November, and December.
Let’s just say this… while you’ve been working tirelessly to get ready for the holidays and crack out record amounts of orders, we’ve been doing similar things in our Development Lab that you’re going to be excited about.
Keep an eye here on our blog as well as our Facebook page for the latest happenings.
Finally, from Don Cole our founder, myself, and the entire team here at Your Store Wizards, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, a Joyous Holiday Season and a New Year full of happiness!
