Introducing eCommerceStatus.com: Your New One Stop System Status Dashboard

Today, we’re excited to roll out a beta version of something we’ve been building behind the scenes – eCommerceStatus.com – a new project from Your Store Wizards that gives online merchants a single place to check the system status of the platforms and services they depend on every day.

If you have ever found yourself juggling a handful of bookmarked status pages, or signing up for RSS feeds and email alerts from multiple providers just to stay in the loop, this one is for you. We wanted to simplify all that. So we built a centralized dashboard that pulls system status messages from many of the most commonly used eCommerce platforms and services. Now you can check them all in one clean, easy to read interface.

During the beta launch, eCommerceStatus.com includes system status feeds for:

  • BigCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Constant Contact
  • Klaviyo
  • Cloudflare
  • All apps and services from Your Store Wizards
  • …plus, we’ll be adding more based on your feedback!

The dashboard displays each provider’s current operating status and includes a summary header at the top that gives you a quick picture of overall performance across all the services.

Click into any provider using the View Status link, and you will see more detailed information about current incidents and maintenance, as well as a 30-day history of updates and alerts. It is a simple way to find out what is happening without jumping between different websites or relying on word of mouth in online groups.

Optional Registration With Powerful Benefits

While registration is not required to use the dashboard, creating an account gives you access to one very useful feature. You can choose which services you want to monitor and receive email notifications whenever a new status alert is posted by that provider. This includes downtime notices, degraded performance messages, maintenance updates, and other system alerts.

Our goal is to take the stress out of wondering whether an issue with your store is isolated or related to a platform wide event. eCommerceStatus.com puts everything in one place so you can quickly see what is going on and decide on next steps.

A Few Notes About the Beta

eCommerceStatus.com is currently offered as a beta service from Your Store Wizards. Store owners should keep in mind that it is not intended to serve as an uptime or downtime monitoring solution. Instead, it consolidates system status messages posted by each included provider. Alerts are issued based on what and when the provider publishes.

During the beta period, all features and options are available at no charge. Once the beta concludes, Your Store Wizards may add, remove, or modify providers, features, and functions. Some features that are free today may require a subscription in the future. No credit card is required for creating an account.
